Peter Soyer Beagle (innate within 1939) is an U.s. creator of novels & screenplays, & the troubadour. He is better known when andy skinner of The Last Unicorn.

He wrote a screenplay for episode 71 of the television series Star Trek: The Next Generation, titled "Sarek."
